Velin-native copy-to-project Blocks with manifests, conflict safety, integrity, and optional Adapt contracts.

Product boundary: Core Features are Velin-native. They do not extend Tailwind Compat/Migrate and do not port Shadcn, Radix, or Tailwind UI.

Ownership model

velinstyle blocks add copies readable source into the project. There is no runtime registry fetch, CDN requirement, or silent overwrite of user edits.
