When to use

Marketing landings, docs shells, simple admin starters. Prefer component-first classes over utility sprawl.

Limits

When not

Not yet a primary multipage shop / enterprise-admin stack. Do not treat AAA defaults as a certificate for your app.

Mission

Give developers a cohesive, accessible toolkit that uses modern CSS — without preprocessor lock-in or a required build step. Defaults are WCAG 2.2 AAA-oriented so teams can aim high; applications stay responsible for conformance.
