Registry 1.4.0

The official registry connects stable IDs to validated manifests and local source directories.

Registry lookup and install are tooling operations. Installed applications do not fetch the registry at runtime.

Official entries peer on VelinStyle and use Velin Web Components/tokens. Tailwind, Radix, and Shadcn dependencies are rejected.
